ABOUT me
Hi there, I’m Constanza.
I’m a bilingual (EN/ES) Chile-registered integrative psychologist specializing in mental health for international, multicultural and minority adults. I draw and integrate (hence the word“integrative”) strategies from psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in a culturally responsive and religiously/spiritually conscious way.
I’ve lived outside of my home country for over 12 years and have studied and trained in Latin America, Asia and North America. Through these experiences I’ve come to appreciate our many ways of being human and have gained some insight into the unique challenges of living between worlds.

Because I care deeply about offering competent care, I seek out spaces that foster my personal and professional growth. I engage in weekly personal psychotherapy to work through my own challenges and support my wellbeing. I also participate in regular clinical supervision—where I receive feedback and guidance from a senior clinician—which helps me maintain a safe and ethical practice.
If what you’ve read so far leads you to think we might work well together, I encourage you to schedule a consultation call. I trust that, with support, you can find your footing. You can bridge your different parts and experiences, and come to feel greater connection, stability and wellbeing.
